These terms apply when you use pulips.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a part is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. If a part is listed at a wrong price, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel.

Product information

We try to describe every part accurately. Photos may show parts painted or installed, and colors can look different on your screen. Parts ship unpainted.

Fitment

Fitment information comes from manufacturer and supplier data for factory bodywork. Always test-fit a part before you paint, cut or install it. If we list a part as fitting your car and it doesn’t, our fitment guarantee applies (see Returns and refunds).

Shipping, returns and warranty

Installation and use

We recommend professional installation. You’re responsible for installing parts safely and for making sure your vehicle, including its ground clearance, meets the laws where you drive it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a part is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as paint, bodywork or labor costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

The text, photos and design of pulips.com belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
